Social Pressure Exposure – Do you want to be able to lift heavier weights?  Well, then you have to, gradually, expose your muscles to heavier and heavier weights.

Do you want to be able to handle greater levels of social pressure?  Well, then you have to, gradually, expose yourself to greater and greater levels of social pressure.

Do you want to be able to handle greater levels of social pressure than the average person?  Do you want to take things to a higher level?  Well, you have to expose yourself (gradually again) to levels of social pressure that are beyond what most people expose themselves to.

Just like an athlete that wants to be a cut above the rest, there is no way to achieve that without performing greater athletic feats than the others.

Whatever level of social pressure you want to be able to handle is up to you.  That’s a personal choice.

Exposure is the way, no matter what your goals are.

I highly recommend exercising your social muscles as much as you can.  Just like exercising and eating right (even in small amounts) is healthy, exercising your social muscles (even in small amounts) is healthy.

Don’t have an all or nothing attitude towards it.  Don’t be a perfectionist.  Even small steps in the right direction are better than nothing.

Short and simple post today, but very powerful if you really soak it in.  Are you exercising your social muscles?  Reading, watching videos on YouTube, and visualizing will only get you so far… You need to start taking actual steps outside of your comfort zone.
